Expose Citi leadership that has lead Citi into crisis

Citi is where it is now because of failed leadership. Citi leadership lacked sound strategy, no vision and they are utterly in competent. Now as a last resort, Citi is laying off people to overcome the shortcoming of poor leadership. Basically leadership miserably failed and employees are being used as a scapegoat!

Well its time we expose the corrupt, outdated and rotten leadership! Below list people in leadership that need to be held accountable and immediately removed from Citi. And yes Jane Fraser should be the first to go!

Replace HR with new blood or even AI. They are not the leaders but they don’t add any value either, even more so when it comes to employee confusion and assistance when being let go. HR sentiment is more or less “sux to be you, glad I’m not being let go”.
Just a little compassion from them would not hurt.

Only meaningful change is to replace Citi’s top leadership. Only the board can do that.

The place is a sh1t show. Layoffs are being used to boost revenues in short term. It won’t work long term because Citi won’t grow. For the entire year 90% projects were delayed, postponed, or cancelled because of poor leadership. Now workers are being blamed for management’s failures.

and just how is this employee revolt going to look like? can't be a strike since citi is not unionised. going postal is out of the question. the best option, i believe, is to vote with your feet if you can. you're not a slave - leave if and when you can

If massive layoffs do not come with executive heads included and massive pay cuts to the most senior executives then it calls for a mass revolt by the remaining employees.

For past 15 years, Citi has never recovered. Whatever inefficiencies we obviously see on the floor wat not noticed by the senior management. What if they lay off massive numbers and still do not improve the share price after one or two years (or improve their balance sheet or improve their respect on wall street) ? Are they liable for their reckless decisions ? Absolutely not. Ranking these executive management team is only for personal satisfaction while everyone of us are under the axe :-)
