Did I miss the Q3 Survey or was it decided to just not do it....for....reasons.

Maybe they had one, but you weren't part of their random sample this time around?
And since they took out open ended responses, they aren’t getting a pulse at all.
The Q3 results were shared and reviewed in my team's biweekly meeting when they came out.
Go neutral... neutral is actually more damaging than "disagree or strongly disagree" because it sends a message that teammates are not engaged.
There is a q4 survey after thanksgiving. I. CANT. WAIT.
Yeah, there's a blurb on The Source. But, I don't think there was a mass email about it. Shockingly(!), there were "big opportunities" for improving connections to EL and confidence in our strategic direction. I'm really sure the Townhalls and fireside chats helped with that, right?
You can search "pulse" on The Source and the results come up for Q3, published Sept 25 2023.
Assuming the previous poster isn't a troll. Why roll out another survey without sharing the results of the last survey? Smells fishy
4th quarter survey will be released Nov 27-Dec 8.
If EL was embarrassed to share the results does anyone really expect to see another survey? And if one does miraculously appear in our inbox, I'd bet the new and improved questions will be irrelevant.
I wondered about that too. You know they had to be bad because they love to display the results puffing up the lie of how we think leadership is wonderful.
How do we suggest a Q4 survey?
No they did it, the results were never shared. I saw them and they were brutal. No Q4 pulse survey though, all rainbows and sunshine.
