A CEOs primary responsibility is to INSTILL a culture in an organization; both KK and BR failed miserably at that. You can't put your mission statement on a 1 page PPT slide/badges and expect change. Forget the Teammate Engagement/Pulse Survey. Rating anything less than "Completely Agree" results in additional work for the huddled masses to solve ELs problem. This was a country club handshake deal gone bad, all at the expense of employees and shareholders.

Wrong. A CEO's responsibility is ONLY to the stock value over the current quarter. Sounds like you don't understand business in the USA.
It is now beyond obvious that Joe Thompson is a sacred lamb. Over my entire career, I have never seen one leader perform so poorly, in ALL facets of their role, than Joe Thompson. I have never seen a leader so universally disliked.
In three short years, Wealth is now a shadow of its former self. Some of the strongest producers left solely because of Joe Thompson. And yet, when we desperately need cost savings, executive management CREATES a mega high-paying job for Joe. How many producer roles do you think Joe’s pretend-job is displacing?
Anyone that thinks that Joes career is over is delusional. This was a lifeline to get him back at the big table.
