Why are our systems so slow when I type it is severely slow on the screen like it is lagging. Is the is due to spyware? If so it is ki-ling any hope of productivity…

So not much has changed at Fiserv over the past weeks...carry on.
The same programs (Sapience Buddy) that tell you to "ban all phones and laptops during meetings" and "check mail only three times per day"
Major network drop tonight.
Network Connection issues all day long, second day in a row. I mean here’s a thought for JG, AD, and higher… before you get out and talk the talk about the future and we’re the leader while shoving your vision on the work force maybe devote some time to actually fixing our Network. What good is your “future” when the employees you supposedly lead ( big stretch ) can’t even access the tools necessary to perform their jobs. Good grief this company is rudderless.
When you over crowd a building pass it’s max capacity, expect slower internet and bandwidth

When you consider that Sapience is the essence of spyware... take your own conclusions.
Those are the programs that are there to "help you with your productivity".
There are a lot of background programs monitoring, reporting, and updating.
It will be worse as time passes.
