This place is a meat grinder and after you get out, you'll likely be happier.
Why anyone would stay and train their replacement is beyond me. That's like being kicked in the nutz by a mugger and then not only handing over your wallet but giving them all your PIN numbers.
I'm not sure if people doing this just don't realize how underpaid Fiserv people are? If you leave and get a job that pays 20%+ more than you make now, you gain that severance money in additional salary. And 20% is a low bar. Most places will bump your pay more than that.
Don't do these b-ms any favors! Prioritize yourself and get out.
Two weeks notice is a scam anyways. They can drop you any time and yet you are obligated to warn them half a month in advance? Fu-k that!
At this point I'm so offended and seeing people being lied to daily it's just insane. Hanging on for a couple more paychecks and waking before the holidays, spend some time with family. Life's to short for these id--ts to be in my life.
