Everything was very vague, lightning fast meeting out of nowhere, 5-minute notice, many people on lunch. But they announced vendors will be now be starting to work their own patients in the system. Basically, sounds like the current RQ teams will be watching for mistakes as they learn the process. Once that is done, the RQ teams most likely will be eliminated. They didn't say that of course, but sounds like it. Starting first thing tomorrow morning.

What division of Omnicare is this?
Revenue Qualifying. Basically, we work the patients once they are inputted into the system. Now, they are trying to add the entire process to the intake people, who we think are outsourced.
