The problem is this PIS. He has run this company into the ground. Get rid of him!
It's hard to be efficient when people are fighting each other due to stack ranking & layoffs, hoarding info, have no job security, have to wait until EOY just to see their 401K matched, train their replacements in India....
He's had over FOUR YEARS to make it efficient. The problem is him.
Need to replace "company " in that quote with "CEO & minions"
You know that means? Party's over folks.
Charlie has been running the company for 4 years but the problems are getting worse each year. He is offshoring many American jobs to India so that WF can save money (he means cost efficiency, not operational efficiency). But the thing is, WF can save a lot of money if he donates his $24.5 million salary because he is basically doing nothing. I can't wait for the day when AI replaces the CEO.
CS speaks the truth.
Sending all US citizens jobs to India is a great efficiency?
Should we consider employee referendum in US with a simple question; "Is this company lacking efficiency, or is it our CEO?" - period, end of discussion.
Hey Charles, I know where you can save a couple billion per year. Stop wasting money on admin buildings!
I don’t know if Charlie forgot he has been running the company for over 4 years or not.
