Every time I think it's impossible for them to add something new to my plate, they end up doing it. Do they think we're robots? Honestly?

They keep piling on more work, in addition to having you do 4 jobs in 1. You're a Business Intelligence Engineer, but they also expect you to be a Solutions Architect, a Product Owner, and a Developer. I understand that you have to adapt, and sometimes you'll be asked to do more than what's outlined in the job description, or at times your skills can transfer to multiple job roles, but I'm noticing a pattern with Humana. They literally overwork you non-stop. The burnout is so real.
What areas are you in? HUMCS T & S is slow
Same here. I’ve just resigned myself that I’m never going to get caught up. I need a day off just to rest my brain but everything’s an emergency right now (ha) and can’t get away. Im not sure I can deal with it all much longer and might be time to brush up the ol’ resume.
I understand as I feel the same way. We have managers and leaders that no idea how to do our job telling us we can do more. I can’t figure out what they do all day. It is about quotas and not quality. I am so tired that I must give myself a pep talk every morning to go to work. It’s dog eat dog.
