I’ve seen a few people post about this Town Hall in Plano. Is this for just a specific LOB or literally ALL employees, no matter the department? What if you physically can not make it there? I appreciate any additional information anyone can give me. Thank you!

Pretty sure it’s only for Financial Services Auto Finance, not company wide lol
Not everyone. My team was told it's optional. But I'm not in tech.
Most likely about extending work in office days from Tuesday to Thursday??
If you live within 100 miles they want you to come in. The email says strongly encouraged but managers are saying it is mandatory, which is very contradicting. If you are not a customer facing employee, you are required to come in.
