Wishing NA sales the best. I was pre-notified and heard it’s upwards of 400 people.

With this news you know 10% payouts and no 401k match is coming soon.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) fiscal 2024 earnings guidance disappointed Wall Street analysts. HPE stock fell Friday, dipping into the red for this year.
Feel bad for the people that thought they were safe and last Monday was the last layoffs for a few months.
More layoffs coming tomorrow, 23rd and then again on 30th.
Best of luck to all!
Sounds like you folks still at HPE are as screwed as those of us who got merged into DXC . Luckily I'm gone. Way happier, and much better renumeration, both in cash and being treated like an intelligent human being.
Hpe is much to big of a tu-d to flush down all at once. You got to break it up and cut thousands of jobs first.
Dont worry anymore, its just about over for HPE. No matter how much lipstick you put on a pig it doesnt change. The bs that mgmt spouts is not believable to anyone. In less than 5 years there will be no HPE. The customers dont care anymore
Global Ops also got hit, not sure how bad.
75% of A&PS presales got hit. Not sure how they plan to move this business forward that has very profitable numbers
On the customer facing sales side, it mainly hit server sales reps and account managers.
What sort of notice are the US people getting? Sounds like hundreds of long standing employees are basically being told they are gone next week, I'm guessing they want everyone gone by end of FY23?
All commerical IPMs were affected in NA. I'm sure they'd like to get rid of federal IPMs if they could as well.
What groups were affected? Storage,Server, Networking, Public Sector???
We were just told it was Global cuts but not the groups.
Antonio should seek treatment for chronic cranial rectumitis. These cuts hit sr. health care teams hard. Without engineers to certify health care solutions you can kiss that biz goodbye.
Not sure where HPE is going, but the loss of top talent over past few years is stunning. HPE will soon be the radio shack of the IT biz. Pathetic leadership.
What a company and what a way to continually treat long serving members of staff. I finish up soon myself and can't wait to leave.
It's a mess.
Uh, “band aid”, it’s pretty obvious that was a joke. Lighten up, at a time like this I appreciated the humor. Well done Foxy!
I’d rather just rip the band aid off. What’s the point in sticking around in a job that is precarious at best?
I'm trying to outsmart my manager by not accepting his meeting invite. He's called me a couple of times today so I responded with an email saying I have a family emergency and have to be out for two weeks. I figure if I can stall until the new fiscal year he'll either forget, or HR won't want my layoff to happen on next quarter's books. I'll let you know how it goes!
Im now hearing the cuts are going on for the next few weeks. Its the gift that keeps on giving!
If you are a Field Sales AE and were impacted, go to SHI’s career page. They are hiring 50 plus Field AE’s across the country: Focus is Fortune 1,000 accounts.
Good luck!
my friend in US Public Sector got hit.
Which segments are the layoffs happening in? I'm in Public and haven't heard of any layoffs as of yet. But, the day is young.
Has anyone seen the wfr package yet? Is it 60 days pay? I have a meeting scheduled late last night for a meeting with my manager @10:30 for 15 minutes.
Mines at 1015 for 15 min
I have a 10 am. Rest my soul.
I'm going to be one of them: Meeting 9AM - when's your meeting with your boss?
In about 12 hours all will be known. Within 2 hours Monday morning meeting invites will be sent. It's a good thing the send them out late Sunday so it didn't ruin your whole weekend. 🙃 management is so thoughtful.
