How much money did the company waste on this useless service? Another true disgrace of a decision

That site absolutely su-ks. And half of it is blocked while on the network.
Clearly we’re paying for this worthless tool in our costs
The goal isn’t to give you valuable information. The goal is to give you the “perception “ of a value added benefit while they are raising the prices of your actual healthcare. This was probably presented as part of the package if we switched insurance carriers. I can see the meetings now- a bunch people who never worry about affording healthcare saying things like “15% of employees rated this tool excellent for their benefit selection. It’s a rich feature set.” I would just prefer appropriate and predictable insurance that covers my needs without having to play the odds on different tiers but, oops, that’s not one of the selections.
Apparently the alex tool still exists, so idk why the he-l we're paying for included health now too myalex.com/wf/2024
I miss the Alex tool, this one doesn't seem to give any information at all...
Lol! Classic. The responsible employee who dropped the ball needs to be on the spot fired. So sick of bad employees and how they blend in at giant companies.
Y’all are the same people that would complain of zero training was provided on benefits enrollment
The tool literally provides zero benefit
I did the message option to ask a question. The lady told me that the search tool will be loaded with more information after January 1st. facepalm I need to know the information now so I can make informed choice.
You mean a service to help employees? How dare they. They've provided a similar service for years.
Choosing benefits can be overwhelming for a lot of people.
Maybe someone should ask why the company is wasting money on your salary.
Reported it as spam since it looked fake.
You’re an id--t-t.
