Mid mgt is mostly all fat and definitely needs to be trimmed company-wide.
I am sure there are a few good people but, mostly incompetent thugs that milk the company anything and everything and abuse employees.
RIF happening today across OCS and Cloud Engineering.

Definitely cloud sales have slowed down significantly then in the pandemic days. pipeline is low and there will be rif coming up in NOV and will happen in the cloud pre-sales. Lots of middle mgmt. fat to be trimmed.
