How could you say you were a DST associate and have never heard of TA2000? Were you on the janitorial staff?

What do you expect from a company which layoffs people who are subject matter experts indiscriminately and without any consideration.
It not as much as outdated technology but more lack of knowledgeable people. People who had knowledge were kicked out and now others are left with no idea what to do.
Just in the past year my team was reduced from 11 to 3. Customers are fleeing or have fled already. I feel sorry for my colleagues who have to deal with the mess caused by Greedy Bill and his Mis****.

Probably due to outdated technology. For a company that is supposedly a technology savvy company, I have seen little evidence of that. Most of the mainframe applications have little or outdated documentation if any at all. We have many “business critical “ applications that nobody really wants to mess with them. Instead, we slap on a band-aid solution. Don’t get me started on the nonexistent debugging tools for many systems.
