it'll be what it will be. the problem is there won't be a single group with a huge layoff, you'll get 5 here, 10 there, 7 somewhere else all of which will add up, but as a % of total headcount won't be too bad given we have 200k+ people at this company. most people won't be affected.
sarcasm and hyperbole aside - tomorrow is a notice day for lots of folks. sad. if you know anyone who gets bad news offer them some kind words and check in on them in the months to come
