For those with the HSA, scroll down to prescription coverage. Now, all of your prescriptions are subject to the deductible. This year, they are not and you only have a co-pay. This is going to hit a lot of people hard. Individual deductible is like $3500, Individual w/spouse is around $5600

- Again, And? If Managers are finally being forced to actually apply raises and bonuses in a way that is commensurate with ratings then that is nothing but a positive. Why should I get the exact same increase and bonus as you with a Needs Improvement and you have an Exceeds?

No one wants to work for, with or supervise someone who has a serious character flaw making the dynamic difficult. Our problem is that inflation is at 3.7% through 3 quarters of 2023. Nobody is ever happy with having less money, it's why the CEO is making the bank buy stock that he's compensated with. He gets to spend other people's money to make himself wealthier, we don't.
