The Internal Website - What a non-stop phony vomit virtue signal garbage heap.

It all covers the fact that they have to consistently cut costs to increase any potential profits. Unless they come up with some type of revolutionary technology, they are going to have a hard time increasing revenue.

Churn and churn between the big three carriers while all of our jobs get shipped overseas.

We are a public utility that is run by people who only care about their "golden parachutes." They care little for the domestic employees.

Even my IT Senior Manager rolls his eyes in our weekly staff meeting when he's required to read out the company propaganda.

Verizon was, by far, the absolute worst company I've ever worked for. I don't miss it ever. As time goes by, I look back and genuinely wonder how leadership took the company into a nose dive and destroyed the employee experience. F Verizon.

This company could probably increase its profits and make its employees more motivated if they didn't have to pay their God awful CEO as much as they do.

Yea this is the titanic, a sinking ship, adrift in the world.
We are a connection to the internet and piece of communication- no more than a utility such as water or natural gas.
We need to stop experimenting, lean out, especially senior and mid level leadership and focus on the customer experience for real, as well as the network. Everything else is overkill.

Meh, at this point I enjoy the constant offshoring. Every time I hear broken English that tries to explain an avoidable mistake I just laugh and think: They have better numbers than we do so why bother “educating” them on proper procedure. I just fix the issue and send’em on their way. Not my monkey not my circus.
