He left because he was sick and tired of sitting in his office all day waiting for a patient that never came. Kind of like the "maytag repairman".
Wellness Coach at a company that tries to make everyone's life as miserable as humanly possible. Sort of like being diversity director at a BLM riot.
Probably realized he was nothing more than a figure head and had no authority to make positive changes to benefit of the employee base.

Stank and freshness and for sure Townes need to speak to a wellness coach along with their spouses. Well is not about money and screwing people over but about having a backbone and working!
