The big cheeses don’t even know when or who it’s affecting. They stand their idol looking d-mbfounded by the blindsides that hit their teams over and over again. Management with their hands tied behind their back is the worst management. It’s the fault of the uppers.
And all the while, all the big cheeses assure us there isn't going to be anymore layoffs.
Is Offshore on RS clients? Likely… Adjustments, writing correspondence, NSCC team, QC team for phones, journal review and reports, client services… what’s next? These are all very skill set driven jobs, and moving that work Offshore is laughable. Who runs this sh-t hole? And clients that pay for this work need a reimbursement asap.

Remeber they have to service the debt no matter what the cost. Ever wonder why the cfo really was turned over? Ssc is a rollup like private equity it's a pure numbers game, it leads in nothing , the tech is nothing, it's just money moving around until the music stops.

When we were DST we were famous for never having layoffs but ever since the last DST CEO came to play and the take over by SSNC we just get smaller and smaller. I am afraid to post for a new position for fear of getting laid off. So far The call center was the only safe place from layoffs until the past year.
@uvl+1p1AjNfB, I know of a few people let go so I know it’s true. How large the RIF will be who knows. Maybe it won’t be as widespread as previous ones? Idk.
