I actually just checked the final box today so have no idea when mine is coming. Did you receive your severance via direct deposit? Does it show up in the paycheck section of HR Onestop? Thanks! 😘

45 days from final signature. By law you have 45 days to rescind.

Is it capped for some people? OP here. I am getting the full 6 months salary thankfully. Of course I'm anticipating about 30% going to taxes but it will still be a nice little chunk
I received mine on 10/4.
Six mos salary minus taxes.
Are you getting a capped amount (like $55k) or are you getting six months of your salary?

No. I called the severance phone number and they gave me a date of 10/20. Hope this helps.
You'll get it around the 45-day mark of termination.
