Who else is surprised that the FI Group Hall has no Q&A? They dont want the overwhelming negative questions about the stupid RTO or FTO policy. What an id--t, nobody believes Lincoln is a center of excellence already if you are forcing people to move there. Try about offering some incentives.

Who in their right mind is going to move? Frankie made the decision to close my location and now they want me to move? See a huge increase in my mortgage?! Moving lrom a red state to blue state with no guarantee of a job in a year. Up root my family! I'm done! Fiserv you can have my job
One has to be in a center of excellence to be excellent? One cannot be excellent being a remote associate? This 'leadership' drinks way too much cool-aid.
Has anyone visited a so-called COE? Lincoln or Omaha is what we are hearing. Will Lincoln make it or will it be closed and an eventual move to Omaha? How close are they? Can you live in Omaha and work in Lincoln to prepare for the closing of Lincoln too. Cant see that many actually willing to relocate to NE, for goodness sake they are paying first data to move fiserv people there against their will.
the collaboration and COE seem to ignore the offshore Dev and QA, there is no COE at Fiserv. Bogus concept, lip service.
