The latest pulse survey results are in and they are dismal. Leadership currently frantically working on a way to spin it positive bc god forbid we actually address issues.

I've never seen management address the results of any Pulse survey. They don't care.
If you know where these results are posted please let us know.
In regards to the Q2 survey if memory serves this was done prior to the layoffs or rumors of the layoff started to circulate. So if the results are poor I would think it was based on other things return to office
If Q2 was bad I can not even imagine what Q3 is gonna be.
The results will never see the light of day.
How can Truist announce layoffs to the public and to the media and not tell the employees? Truist is a company run by a bunch of egotistical woke maniacs! So now all 51,000 employees have no idea if they will be cut and are living with constant anxiety and fear of losing jobs. Those of us left at this horrible company are eagerly waiting for some relief of being terminated & some severance.
My advisors all put “strongly disagree” in their trust of management. I was talking with one earlier about the 3000 RIF. He didn’t think it would be company wide. I said it is.
I’m sure they’re terrible. I for one told the truth. “Do you trust senior leadership?” Severely disagree!
definitely need to see these results. the last layoff we had an emergency meeting to tell us about it so we wouldnt hear it online or the tv and here we are with it all over the place, but no one in mortgage has told us anything at all.
