"Keep an open mind".
They want you to quit so they do not have to pay severance.
Those who move will not make any more money than they do now.
They begrudgingly admitted that they will offer severance to those they deem valuable enough to stay, but they refuse to say how much that would be. If you ask your manager, they will say that they do not have any additional information.
If zero employees move, then they will just "figure it out" and keep the Precision product functioning, somehow.
Remote employees will also be required to move, but are working on a different time line. Good luck.
John said something in the meeting, and then during a question claimed to never had said something that everyone just heard. So he got caught in a lie before the meeting even ended.
They plan to close the location "middle of next year" and will allow associates to work remotely until the associates have been replaced.
There will be opportunity for promotion (because any manager who refuses to move will be let go.)
Everyone who works on Precision will need to work out of the Lincoln office. Others who work on other products may be required to go to different offices.
You get a free trip to Lincoln if you say you are considering moving.

Sioux Falls office closing in 6-9 months. Those that choose to relocate to Lincoln will start to do so in the next 3-6 months.
