As long as you are at 150% of the TRUIST goals - you are good! It doesn’t matter how you get your numbers! IRM Partners pick their favorites…. Then those teams magically meet their goals (no sale needed… just a “Caring Conversation “) Truist should do audits on the loans produced in the past 2 years…..
some sneaky- dirty people working for that company! They continually reward the people who could honestly care less about the company- but they let loyal- genuine people leave….But again- as long as you show the numbers- purpose, mission and values are not a concern!!

Exactly!!
I've seen people giet promoted for pushing credit cards on people by telling them that it's an upgrade to an existing card they have and not fully explaining to them that it is a brand new card.
