This entire time the temps at my store have been getting paid MORE than my actual employees have. I really had no clue until my team lead told me this. I find it absolutely insane that they’re willing to pay temps more than employees for all the work that they do. They do things like this is wonder why everyone hates this company.

Yep. Temps were being paid more than me when I was the ASM last Fall’s rush. Meanwhile I had to do the work of three people to stay caught up because none of them knew how to do anything or didn’t show up.
Temps are making more than the CSL.. at least what they had offered me ( i didnt stay). Pretty sure they ended up having to pay my replacement more than i was offered, for no experience. The whole situation is total bull. Sometimes i wish I had held out and taken them to court but Follett is not worth the additional stress. They have already taken too much of my life. While not fair, glad I'm gone.
Nothing New… it’s been like that for years. Follett does everything backwards. I don’t know why you’re still there. Follett is just trying to get by at this point they don’t care about service quality. Most of these temps half a-s their job.

It’s been like that for years. We’re told it is to just get more bodies in the store and to get someone to work for only 2 weeks you gotta pay them more….idk
