Fiserv bringing the NYSE to a close (proud) Showing his support for women in technology (proud) and just the ongoing leadership and setting the direction for the Fiserv (again proud). Attending a recent industry conference with several banks running fiserv core software, the overall vibe was "WTF is going on at Fiserv??". I don't think I heard from a client that wasn't concerned and having issues. Luckily for Frank, a lot of institutions avoid migrating to a different core provider due to the stress, workload, and general chaos it causes. If it was easier many many more would have already bailed.
With all due respect @1jgj+1ovhkWYh I am a client of Fiserv and I assure you none of our collective CEO’s are thrilled with what’s going on at Fiserv….
A great example of hypocrisy! An image or veneer that gives the appearance, but the reality is far and away from the "image" presented.
I know of female african american that was in project management and had to leave because she couldn't find child care for her infant and the waiting list was 8 months! Does Frank support women in technology only if they don't have children?
The "leadership" of Fiserv, speaking of Frank and team, have the appearance of competence, but in reality, are the epitome of incompetence! I would be ashamed of myself, if I were them. No shame, just the money grab.

Support for women in tech? Give me a break. What is the C-suite and E-suite up to now? 2 women out 18? 1 token black woman? Show me the metrics at the top and then it will show you how falsified whatever DEI propaganda they are producing to pull wool over your eyes. But you keep drinking the koolaid to make yourself feel better.

I told you the other day to list business-related items you’re proud of, not the virtue-signaling items like fake support of women, calling it leadership, and ringing a bell for theatrics. None of this gets the work done. Yet when one drinks the kook-aid it’s hard to see the truth.

OMG...I think I threw up in mouth reading the OP's blabbering stupidity. If you would get off your knees in Franks office long enough, you would see this company is sliding down hill faster than a California mudslide. You mo--ns that support this Italian mid-et wrestler in the CEO kindergarten chair need to seriously get a clue. The only future outlook Fiserv has is the day baby Frank leaves, if there is even a Fiserv left for him to walk out of.
Many competent, hard-working employees are likely to find little or no pride whatsoever in these trivial theatrical events because the reality they live day to day is in stark contrast: draconian measures that are useless and costly in time and money (FTO) on completely specious grounds (global company goes magical through “in-person” collaboration - NOT), and so on, as described in innumerable posts on this site.
To suggest that there’s an “US” in the equation, in any way other than “us is being gaslighted, screwed over, and manipulated non-stop”, is either disingenuous or the result of a complete unwillingness or inability to understand where most of us are coming from.
The folks at the top are winning at the cost of clients and associates. C suite’s displays and words of concern, empathy, or even bare minimum respect for associates have, for most if not all of us, been proven to be entirely empty - every time.
Frank showed his support for women by pushing them out of the way so he could be the one to ring the bell that he inherited from legacy Fiserv associates. Nice one, Frank. Absolutely shameful pal.

Stock growth Stopped when Frank started. Not only that but He has cost the company Many Millions of dollars in fines and settlements due to His Shady tactics.
