Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Contrived Criticism

Kicked tail pre and post Truist but was heavily criticized by new leadership so they could gift my high earning book to one of theirs who was totally unproductive. People lie but facts dont. Left and kicking tail again. Don't let the arogant presumptuous do nothing talkers steal your joy or confidence because you dont have what they deem a worthy pedigree. I didn't inherit any clients but cant say the same for the talkers. I can and am building from ground up again. I can succeed anywhere and dont need cronyism or nepotism to do it. Every high performer despoiled by new leadership focused on cronyism can thrive and can do better without unappreciative people in their life. You have more control and power than you think.

It appears that lying and mistreating their teammates is happening from the top down. That's why that company will not make it

Agree. Thankfully I am not the only one who feels that way

YES to this message - it is important. I left Truist a little over a year ago and once my non-solicitation agreement ended I have Rocked it and (easily) bringing over my former clients to my new employer due to the "chaos" (nicest word I can use) at Truist. Don't doubt yourself - your clients value you and will follow you. Actually, after they are "assigned" to some "talker-non-performer" it easier as they see the value you provided them vs. the current "talker". Don't be afraid or doubt yourself. And - an added bonus is that picking them off one by one from Truist is actually a lot of fun.
