To Stack Ranking Try Hards

This is to those too stupid to realize going way above and beyond gets your absolutely no where: Nobody like you. You’re not impressing anyone going way above the metrics needed to pass goal. Keep making the stats higher each month for not only your team, but yourself. Great idea. Again, nobody likes you and we see you. We can all do what you’re doing, but choose not to because we’re not sociopaths trying to get people fired. Figure out who these people are near you, and isolate them like they deserve.

I noticed in the last 2 months that coworkers that I worked with and who were very proactive and helpful stopped responding and didn't care anymore. I realized the stack ranking cancer took hold of them and they were beaten down and it was pointless for them to care anymore. And now stack rankings started again even before anyone cam breathe. Capone is cancer.

I agree. They don't appreciate it enough to give your credit for your hard work and smarts. It'll only create jealousy against you from them. Therefore, do the minimum to keep yourself from getting fired to reduce your stress and so you have the emotional capacity to look out for the troublemakers around you. It's their company let them go out of business, likely the recession and/or regulators will get them.
