When will the average office worker at WF have access to AI tools to be more productive? I see lots of cool new tools and capabilities out there, but as usual, WF will be slow to adopt them. Does anyone have insights on the timetable for rolling some AI tools out to employees?

It won’t. Instead what will happen is new teams will be created and hired to use AI in select hubs. The old teams will be denied access to AI and then laid off when the new teams take over.
They do this because they don’t want to spend money on training and it fits their location strategy.
TK won’t let it happen, otherwise she would be out of a job. Her intelligence replaced by AI, big improvement.
Not worried about it. Close enough to retirement that it won't matter, but I have serious doubts that WF will ever do anything meaningful with AI. Every other bank will successfully leverage it first. Meanwhile, Shart will keep complaining to the Boss of tech that the AIs aren't badging in and they must comply with RTO too.
Lol! We still have dos based systems!!! TBH, I have used chatgpt to do some lifting for me already. It will take my job some day.
