A nightmare! Received QR codes not labeled and UPS needed to know what was what. Had to call IT support who said use any QR code for each box. Shane on CVS! Didn’t plan on spending an 1hour returning equipment.

Yup. The whole process has been a cluster f%^k!
Make sure you keep ALL of your receipts, confirmations, emails, etc. regarding your returns. I’ve returned equipment in the past to IT, only to be emailed a few months later being accused of never returning it.
Didn't have any problems returning my equipment. Though unfortunately my UPS employee said she's been seeing a lot of these from CVS. Sad
Correct to the poster below read the email and it says just what you need to return it's going to have a bunch of QR codes but you only are required to return the selected items they outlined. I felt a breath of fresh air when I returned mine!!!!
Read the email that was sent with the QRS codes and instructions. I received several codes for telephone, iPad, extra monitors which I never had. The email sent states what you should return. Mine said: Monitors, Docking Station, Mouse, Laptop.
Not true about the severance, but you knew that, troll
My return said I had 4 monitors uh???? Ridiculous because if you don't return everything they sent u a code for you don't get your severance
Mine went about the same. Whole thing has been poorly handled.
You were expecting an orderly process? From CVS? 😂😭
