The truth is, as any manager knows, when Fiserv has an opening...everyone from the regional banks apply. If you don't want your job, someone else does. Yeah, it can be hard and hours long. However, compare to the regionals a lot of you came from and you'll realize you're ahead of the game. Wanna go back...go.

Everyone knows Frank is the OP, right?
I think it’s funny when people come to this site and tell people to stop complaining. 😂
LOL.....
Complaining about complaining. Do you talk to the kettle much pot?
Yea, we should all just knuckle under, ho hum woe is me.
Oh wait, people on here tend to be independent free thinkers not mindless drones.
I understand this can be really irritating for you as an an-l retentive control freak. Now that I have spoon fed you some reality sweety, You should probably find another board to troll on. Try to control your anger issues and have nice day.
Last I knew the top employees usually get poached by the banks not the other way around.
Original OP you obviously do not have to answer to angry clients each day. They are all so pi$$ed they refuse to buy anything else from Fiserv and 80% are looking to take legal action against us….not sure what world your living in..
Maybe, but very few want to relocate to Lincoln NE.

"I love my job "
All parasites love theirs.
OP is the kid who needs/asks for attention - even when it’s bad!
People have a right to complain. Who are you to tell them what to do? Pi-s off you arrogant jerk.
I love my job
C’mon OP. You live in an alternate reality and/or operating in an echo chamber.
Here’s an idea to broaden your horizon, ask 20 random employees about their level of satisfaction with the management, culture, and ability to do their jobs effectively. I’d be stunned if any of them are favorable on all 3.
This place is so far out of touch with modern management principles. They can’t fill roles due to the reputation they’ve built over just a few short years. In my city, strong talent isn’t considering Fiserv, even as a last resort.
These are highly competitive and desirable jobs. People work hard to get in the door. And are thrilled to be a part of the BH team. We are advancing fintech !!!
Let's pretend that this is true. It is not. But let's pretend that it is.
If the positions are easy to fill because there are so many qualified applicants, then the reason they are have not been filled for over a year is because management is incompetent.
You see how that is worse, right?
It is not that people want to avoid the bad management by not applying. Oh no. What is actually happening is that fiserv management is so bad, they cannot figure out how to hire someone.
It is not because Fiserv has a problem. Rather, it is because Fiserv has even bigger problems!
OP comes here to complain asking others to stop complaining. LMAO
You might be right - and then after 6-8 months they are also looking to leave. Knowledge has tremendous value. We are not simply giving out balances.
OP, if there were so many people with banking backgrounds dying to take our place, why is the company full of no banking knowledge associates? Oh yeah, because we filled up to 3000 vacancies in BH with nice people, but clueless.
When was Fiserv ever a ‘must be destination’? According to who?
Lol. If you really believe that, I've got some ocean front property in Iowa to sell you. Top notch prime land.
Yo momma.
OP is just a troll looking to ruffle feathers. Pay them no mind............
The truth is, the talent pool is no longer solely viewing Fiserv as the must be destination it once was thanks to Frank and his decimation of what once WAS the gold standard in terms of banking and Fintech. The additional truth is the competition for talent in the Fintech is as intense as it has ever been and we are at a severe disadvantage with the Draconian and culture ki-ling policies introduced by the out of touch dinosaur that is Frank. The word is and has been put on the carnage going on at Fiserv, it’s very well known. The OP is an id--t.
Nobody asked OP for an opinion, we're here to discuss layoff rumors and silly company policies.
