Ahhh the old Boston Consulting Group. BBT loved to trot them out to lead the way for riffs. Apparently Suntrust was a client also.Audit is supposed to be an important function of any bank, here they are a joke. They call out people and things that are correct with some nonsense and when confronted with the facts they back pedal. Most have no idea what they are doing. Audit gets nor deserves any sympathy as they are for the most part a pathetic group lead by pathetic leaders. He-l we would be as well off if it was contracted. At least then they’d have an excuse for their incompetence!

audit at truist is a joke. all it is is people checking off boxes on a sheet they have no clue on the correct process their goal is to get people wrote up if you ask them for help on a procedure you get zero help from them because they are too lazy to help. other places work to improve not here though no one is sorry for them
