Checking in… y’all doing okay? I expected this place to blow up but there hasn’t been a single post since yesterday.
I work out of 1 CVS and today when I was leaving I noticed there was a table set up with new badges neatly laid out. I can only assume they are for new employees scheduled to come in for the first time tomorrow, but could be wrong. Either way, it struck me as incredibly insensitive given the number of employees who had to show up today to hand in their laptops and badges and I’m sure I’m not the only one who would make the same assumption.
In any case, to those impacted, please try to keep your heads up and keep in mind that this very well may be a blessing in disguise for you, as cliché as that sounds. Take care of yourselves and the people you love.
