I'm on a sales plan with quarterly bonus. No raise in base or bonus pay this year, same as last.

Got a RSU refresh (same as my hire RSUs) but awaiting the official email later this month. Very unlikely I'll see this, however, as I don't expect to be here come next September '24. I honestly expected to be laid off by now and our numbers continue plummeting. RJ only hit around 50% of quota in Q1 I'm told.

It's sad. I've been at other tech companies since leaving oracle, friends moved on, legit have 4-5 figure bonuses and they're not even in sales. I stayed WAY too long at Oracle. No one develops anyone. the GBU umbrella can be tricky. Lots of non tech people creating work. A ton of people who would legit be bagging groceries if it weren't for things like managing confluence or excel. I came there and thought I was working with people "in tech", they were just folks who got good at 1 or 2 apps. Apps that today are not needed at all. The same hangers on hanging....in the end, look back at a career that meant nothing. All the while crapping on the worker bees.

No Focals. Announced same day that the email with #EmployeeFirst strategic priority came out. No loss of irony there. Same week Glint survey provided. Not sure how they're measuring themselves at the higher altitudes, no doubt they'll give themselves a nice bonus in any case.

Glint survey. Were the raises give out already. Not sure the purpose of glint survey if nothing changes and when management is well aware of compensation issues for long timers. Feels like salt on wound.

Not SaaS but did get a bonus (small %) and allegedly some stock (no email confirmation/paperwork yet). Stock irrelevant- won’t be around long enough to see it vest.

No pay rise. Again.

Project lead on two critical projects. Increased responsibilities, pseudo-management role, longer hours, more stress. Pay same. Fu-k that.

Mid mgt needs to take vacation while they are still employed. Things are changing.
LE has been made a fool of by mid mgmt taking everything they can from his company,
Accountability is required by AICPA and SEC for a reason. Publicly traded company has to answer to Wall Street. They'll egg on their face when truth revealed. Mid Mgt keeps everything within budget, they know that skimming a few hundred thousand is immaterial based on billions. They will need to adjust materiality rate before next audit which will cause more testing and will reveal what these crooks have been doing.

No RSU, No hike. Not expecting anything from O and corrupt management side this year. Noticed management is very lazy, relaxed and taking a lot of vacation. Only ICs working their as--ff to keep the product up to date. Top executives are only care the share price, nothing at all.

Do you really believe your manager is honest? Most corrupt lieing cheating stealing mid mgmt team in the industry.
Still why LE brought up the fact that he had to fire mgmt in 1990.

With the negative publicly for him re: Maui, he couid certainly use positive PR by cleaning things up starting with fraudulence patent employee abuser.
