So let’s face it most of us are working as hard as we can for our clients. However we continue to have to deliver bad news on service and delivery of our products due to layoffs beyond our control. Stop taking it personally you can only control so much of a failed narrative and I think our clients are wise enough to realize that our issues are way above our pay grade.

So true and to our clients I am truly sorry for what is happening to you. I promise we on the front lines are doing all we can with literally no support from our management.
This is something I needed to hear. We can't get upset over systems because Fiserv has abdicate their responsibilities. It just seems as of late they're not owning up to their end of the agreement. Not keeping up systems not sending out alerts not providing proper trainings
Our client know and many think its cr-p but they cant move mountains or compete with NE tax credits. Those are more important than the people or the products.
