What is the list of hubs for ECR / ECMO?
Yes, there is a list of hubs for ECR. SD is one of them.
I feel like Sioux Falls would be one of the last non-Hubs to go. They're on a lower pay scale than most/all of the hubs. Also, the head of the CR COE is there and a bunch from that group.

All non hubs employees are toast. They are starting with execs, directors, sr managers… one by one they are retiring or leaving for unknown destinations.
