Hubs are not the go forward, hubs are the temporary holding cells before they to are shut down.
No one is safe. If they can move your job to India won’t matter if you’re in a hub or not.
If I were remote, even near a hub, I’d start going into the office to keep my job
OP here and in the other thread are clowns. SAFER yes, SAFE no. Only safer because hubs are the go forward.
I think it's a fair assumption to say that if you are in a hub you're safe(r) than someone who is remote or in a non-hub. What people were objecting to was that the original poster claimed that people in a hub were safe. That is definitely not a FACT.
@sda+1omKA4q5 Most likely thrown under the bus by non hub employee team members, or the manager.
There's no safety for the American workers regardless of circumstances. Jobs will go where the labor is the cheapest. Corporate America and its bought and paid for political muscle don't give a shiit. God Bless
Remote and waiting for my name to be called for the past 4 years.
Disappointed every time.
The best clue of that is that hubs seem to be the only places that are hiring non-branch employees.
Anyone, hub or not are at risk of losing their job if their rating is below “meets”. For the rest, hub employees are safe for now unless your team is too large.
Oh ok if you say so
Yea tell that to the 3 people we lost on our team in Charlotte. Safer maybe but safe NO
