I often read certain people at the top talk about rebuilding trust (with customers). Just last week, someone in Chicago was in media talking about that.
Perhaps first, they should rebuild trust with team members?! Start with the company culture which transcends everything else. Happy employees result in happy customers.
I can't stand big city people and corporate egos from Chicago and New York, never have, never will. That's one of the problems, the higher up a tree a monkey climbs, the more of its azz that you see. It's do as I say, not as I do leadership.
I'm so glad I don't work at a bank anymore!!!
