Rebuilding Trust

I often read certain people at the top talk about rebuilding trust (with customers). Just last week, someone in Chicago was in media talking about that.

Perhaps first, they should rebuild trust with team members?! Start with the company culture which transcends everything else. Happy employees result in happy customers.

I can't stand big city people and corporate egos from Chicago and New York, never have, never will. That's one of the problems, the higher up a tree a monkey climbs, the more of its azz that you see. It's do as I say, not as I do leadership.

I'm so glad I don't work at a bank anymore!!!

Ha ha ha, someone in Chicago talking about rebuilding TRUST? Did they have a security team escort them to their car safely?, or were they wearing a bullet proof vest in that g-n free city?

There is no way to rebuild trust for this grossly mismanaged financial institution. I have several friends that have expressed that they no confidence in WF business practices, and will no longer bank with this company.

I’d trust a snake in the grass before I’d trust leadership around here.

At Wells Fargo, if you try to do the right thing, you get punished.

Rebuilding Trust is just a PR tagline to mislead customers and shareholders. That’s what Wells Fargo does - obscure and embellish the truth so that the executives can keep building their own wealth.

Wells Fargo wants blind trust from everyone. No questions allowed, just follow what they say and give money.

I can't trust my own managers and executives. This bank has no more hope.
