Clearly when have seen results from the good behaviors and beliefs of some and where we are now.

We know how well things worked, so why abandon the tried and true. IRM worked. For those people displaced, if you have the choice, start a business or take a position with another company that does not create friction or prevent you from referring to your IRM partners also displaced.

Rebuild, be resilient and take care of each other and the community and clients you serve. Advice will never be an AI event, nor will caring.
