Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

How to know things are really bad

You know things have completely gone off the rails when some of the laziest people I've ever had to work with are leaving. Imagine doing nothing most days, getting away with it, and then you up and leave. How bad does it have to be for that to happen? Well, that's how bad it is at T-Mobile right now.

Definitely sounds like legacy Sprint to me!

I have been doing nothing much in the last 3 years with budget cut to the minimum for my team. I will be very surprised if I am still around after this round.

No one is leaving.... if they are indeed lazy, why wouldn't they wait for their package deal?

Interesting... what organization does this person work for? this comment seems planted. Anyone who works at T-Mobile knows that there is no shortage of work. Everyone that I worked with couldn't possibly keep up with their projects, executive changes in direction, administrative training requirements etc. etc. Just not enough hours in a day and extensive burnout.
