Don’t worry Teammates William will tell the world about the chassis realignment at 3rd quarter earnings call. First step of a significant change in our chassis to better achieve our purpose. All our “Teammates” are now better positioned to achieve their purpose and the purpose of the bank. We have flattened several of our organizations and streamlined them while strengthening our commitment to our customers and stakeholders. This has been a difficult time as we significantly realign the chassis of the bank to more purposely carry out our mission and serve our communities. This is one step of many to come that makes Truist operationally proficient and continues the synergies gained since merger. We will continue to invest in technology to enhance our client experience while maximizing capital requirements and revenue.
How’s that “Teammates” ?
Media coverage…I mean it’s been made crystal clear to the public that jobs would be cut to get expenses down. Are you expecting Truist to proactively call the news outlets to sing and cheer about the layoffs? Technically these layoffs aren’t official until the end of the week. Calm down expect an uptick in LinkedIn job search posts soon after.
No because that would give evidence of the truth about our economy and these big banks that are selling our country to the globalists. Have to keep that quiet.
