The big lie = there will be no change…. Management thinks that A/I will replace the support people… lol
Yes. Fight amongst yourselves. You will be easier to control that way.
Cleartouch is cr-p. And it's seriously over staffed. If any group needs trimmed it's them. They do like two conversions a year and have more staff in that area than some other cores. I've been a part of "saves" where Cleartouch was disliked by clients so they gave them a free conversion to move to a different core. It's gross software.
"Light years ahead of Cleartouch"? Haha! Cleartouch is way more stable than either Precision or Premier or Signature. That is a FACT! I see the amount of incidents that are opened daily & Cleartouch is way more stable & a bigger money maker. Look it up! If the other core products are 'light years ahead', then I'd rather be in the dark ages!!
Convalooted? Oh my.
I've worked in both premier and precision and they each have their niche. I wouldn't call one better than the other. Both are light years ahead of Cleartouch, I'll say that much.
That said, the idea of one core pushing all their clients to another is asinine. It would takes years to do all that work and it would be a mess. Frank isn't going to embark on some 5-10 year journey for that. The chances he sells it off are far far higher.
If you think Precision is bad you should see DNA and Premier both are laughable.
I can't believe anyone gives us money for either of them.
Good riddance to the Precision Core. Most convalooted setup and support nightmare Fiserv has. It can't go away fast enough.
So they think that the tax breaks are high, but Precision revenue is low.
They don't numbers good.
I don’t think of Precision as any kind of “cash cow”. I believe it is a dying core, and my guess is that at some point once the Sioux Falls office closes, the Precision clients will be converted to Premier.
If the Sioux Falls office does close - it will be the biggest mistake JG and HP make. On their newly promoted victory tour they probably misunderstood Precision product passion for some sort of personal affront. They are risking ki-ling the cash cow.
They have already notified Sioux Falls staff but have not given a date. Sad to hear.
I have no source on this. But based on recent action and happenings I'd be surprised if it's not announced by end of year.
Sure hope I'm wrong.
Location over knowledge is for short term gains only. If they close Sioux Falls you can watch the Precision LTR scores tank. The small to mid sized clients could care less where we are located - they want knowledgeable and timely responses.
