Good question, that's when the 60-day non-working paid period starts, and then severance after that. Also getting a stay-on bonus and annual. I'm looking forward to taking a break. We've been severely understaffed for so long, with no end in sight. I'm so burned out of the breakneck pace. But anyway, don't want to threadjack.

Anyone who rolls up to Michelle Adams in Oregon got let go or displaced. That includes some colleagues in Salem
Folks in consumer lending, CSBB and financial crimes are safe.
Is 2/13/24 when your 60 notice starts? Or when it ends and you start severance?
Wells Fargo plans to exit the entire state of Oregon. Retail bank branches are going to be fine but all corporate offices are going to be closed.

This isn't accurate information. I'm being laid off on 2/13/24 (Barnhart BEC role), and i work exclusively with deposit products in ECR (all of the deposit folks in my role are being laid off). My lending colleagues in the same role also got laid off. All of ORR is being laid off regardless of product. It's possible you're talking about lower-level ECR employees, but wanted to ensure others are aware that we are all getting the axe.
The people responding to loudspeaker suggestions have their own day jobs and are just trying to stay afloat themselves. Unless you are asking for something really small and easy it's probably not going anywhere
@maj+1okOzR4w This would be because when it rolled out, TK owned it and told everyone to basically not bother, they already had more input than they would ever be able to address. So, go figure, it accomplishes nothing because it’s led by someone who doesn’t want it to.
No chance Loudspeaker is gone, that is Charlie’s pet product.
the only responses I ever get from loudspeaker are thanks but no thanks. They don't want to hear us, they only want us to think they hear us.
Loudspeaker is likely next.
It's another multi-million dollar per year program that exists to hear negative employee feedback. It generates no revenue, and most of the bank has no interest in it, and has never used it.
They're bringing in another ECMO group to the Hillsboro building. The displaced group handled credit cards and this next group handles checking and savings.
A previous poster could be right and they might let the rest of the building go during another wave of layoffs.
