Annual Raises

Predictions on annual raises for this year?

Last year, Bei sucessfully fought for a 5% average increase.

What do you think the average will be this year? Will mid points ever adjust? Seems like they’ve been the same over the past ten years.

Discuss.

I got 1 percent last year. Had not had a raise for 5 years. No raises this year due to all the layoffs and severance we are paying out

Are the down votes for the high increases just sour grapes?

And anyone complaining about costs of RTO is a chump. Especially if you were an in office worker then sent home. Your initial hiring salary was based on your expenditures already. You just got years of higher salary for nothing.

Literally cry babies. Some joker still complains about needing to buy clothes and a car to RTO. Tell me you’re a chump without telling me you’re a chump.

Last year I got about an 8.5% increase from the prior year. Not bragging -- that's the largest raise I've ever received in over 20 years. All other years it's been around 1.5%.

As a VP, I should get my normal ~9%.

Busting your a-s for maybe 1.5% vs dialing it in for 0%? When you crunch the numbers, one looks more appealing.

I don’t know anyone that got 5%. That was public lip service from Bei. Reality was the same 2-3% firmwide in WFA.

All I know for sure is that whatever it is will lag both inflation and RTO transportation costs.

I got just over 5% last year for meets. Honestly I was disappointed as I had taken on a bunch of new work.

Last year I got 0% lol. But 15% bonus.

I don’t know if a paltry 2-3% raise would’ve even mattered

Got just below 2% last year, though I got the biggest raise of my life the year before that.

Get out of here troll. The average was 3.5% last year unless you were on the low end of your salary band.

NFI out of who’s a$$ that 5% number was pulled. BL’s? I got a meets (3) and saw nowhere close to that even though I am not in the high end of what used to be known as my salary range.
