It’s the carrot they dangle to LBECs to make them put in tons of time and effort making useless PowePoint presentations for nothing.
I’m pretty high and no clue how to answer.
You can negotiate to whatever you want in the range - if they want you enough they will get approval
I have many years of experience in my professional career, and always try to get a position that at least says "manager". Wells Fargo has many ambiguous weird titles that you don't want to put on your resume. This "consultant" title is one of them. It doesn't matter whether it's Sr. or Lead or Sr. Lead, it's still a consultant. This particular title will become very inconvenient when you try to apply to a Sr. level position or a managerial position outside of Wells Fargo. They won't understand exactly what it is. A consultant sounds like a contractor or some kind of lower position to them. My HR friend who works at one of other banks told me to never put a title "consultant" on my resume if I want a Sr. level job elsewhere because it doesn't sound good. So I am not applying to any of these consultant jobs at Wells Fargo.
Consolidation of business execution is in Process. No worries.
What would an offer look like for this range? Would they try to give you 80 percent of midpoint or is it possible to get the midpoint
