I will be laid off, as I am 400 miles from a hub. I moved there because my earlier manager had agreed. Now he is gone. And even a note from him did not suffice.
Well CEO CS said the same thing a couple years ago, so now we know why they get along so well. Birds of a feather fly together.
All of us should speak up every day. I know it is a bit risky, and I know it creates more stress, but it is the right thing to do. Do not get bullied by the CISO, or his staff, or anyone in Info Security or in App Security. Almost every area head in CISO stinks and are incompetent and will bring WF down.
They deliberately create fake data and metrics, and don’t get caught as the Leadership has no idea about distinguishing accurate from plain inaccurate.
Until there is a customer data problem as with CVS few years back, nothing will happen. The lady from CVS got fired, and guess what ? WF hired her as an Exec running a key branch of the CISO org.

The hiring practices of this bank are shocking. I’ve never experienced the amount of buddy buddy hiring that I have here. And aren’t we supposed to be looking for diverse candidates? That doesn’t happen when someone comes in and hires all his friends that look and think like him.
He’s very s-xist and racist. A month ago I was in an offsite meeting with him and he made very negative comments about black women in Info Sec and how WF only hired them for diversity quotas and not for their skills.
There were actually some layoffs in cybersecurity Tuesday. Know 15 plus across a few different groups cut. Are more coming?

CS has made over a hundred million dollars now to put WF out of business in order to help his BFFs over at WF's competitors.

True. This person has hired his offshore chums who have hired their chums and are destroying Info Sec. They are destroying business and perhaps have an underhanded reason to do so.
App Security is being run by a group of guys from over there. I know. I work with them. And they know nothing about App Sec.

This information is not new. When the CISO came on board he told the whole company his plan to have India personnel be the primary team and Americans be the secondary and in the last 6 months he's built up his entire staff in San Francisco with India personnel even American directors are getting replaced by Indian personnel he handpicks.
