If your product was selected forced relocation Lincoln, who is going? What other business units are there and what's the culture like in the building?

Lincoln is closing down the second those tax credits expire. Why would anyone want to move twice?
Why would I move to Lincoln?
Staying here is better in every way.
Housing, taxes etc.
There isn't a position in this site I can't find elsewhere.
I'll stay put and take franks payout.
Heard the office was empty from the RTO from the pandemic as most said No Thanks. And the prison down the road is a metaphor for the atmosphere in the building, minus the armed guards.
OP, product team is spread out and diverse. NY, TX, CA, PA, FL, WV, NJ and some others. We also have offshore who get to stay remote so we can all now collaborate with offshore from one time zone. We had better coverage with multiple time zones. Offshore not offered visas to relocate to the USA.
DEI will suffer. NE is not diverse.
There is a Nebraska tax incentive, so they want hiring in only 3 states.
Per contract with City of MKE, Fiserv needs 750 in new building(for tax breaks) and there is nowhere close to that amount here now in Bkfld. Prob same for BH.
If they force SF people to Lincoln, it's not a long term deal. Lincoln isn't a hub. It'll go away eventually too.
My assumption is they move folks to BH or maybe Brookfield. If they start offering people options to go to Lincoln, run. Do not uproot yourself for something with a short term shelf life.
Lincoln is a nice small city but I won’t uproot family for a position that could be eliminated at any time. Precision personnel will likely be treated as second-class citizens when it comes time to RIF staff. Premier will always be #1 in their mind.
Forced relo from Sioux Falls or elsewhere?
The building they want to fill up was nicer than the rest. It had the fiserv makeover, the others are older looking interiors. The people were nice, lots of people who have been at fiserv forever.
