I wish they would stop prolonging this and let us know. I'd love to stop the worrying and know what is in front if me.

Well, it is the end of the week. Disconnect and try to keep your minds busy with something else.
Monday will come anyway.
They tried to do them all at once. After loading everything into workday the (15th) it crashed. That's why it' split up over 5 weeks now. So lets move more to the cloud.

With all the respect to you: apply to another job. Stop playing a victim. And move to another carrier.
Yeah it's ridiculous. Productivity is going to nose dive until it's done.
If it takes 5 weeks to layoff that many people, then perhaps its too many people.
