Wondering if this is what twitter employees feel right now? Unrealistic deadlines, new processes introduced daily without communication or training, everyone stressed and struggling every day?

Working for X is 1000 times more palatable than working at Fiserv.
The goal is to become an X employee
Who knows, maybe that's the end goal? I didn't think we could hit any lower points here, but our management keeps outdoing themselves and srw able to make bad become worse. It's a talent for sure.
Maybe becoming an X is the end goal... but maybe a different type of X...
Every time I see the X that replaced the twitter bird I wonder if Elon Musk forgot that an X in the top right corner means “close.”
And don't forget the new "break glass"/JIT support model where you have to beg for permission to access the servers you're hired to support.
I'm sure customers, external and internal, will love to be told: "I can fix it in 5 minutes, but I have to wait for approval frome PeteC to access the server first, give me 20 minutes"
Must be payments :-)
Having multiple jobs dumped on you bc there are no more resources that know the process or the products. Without our SME’s we will sink.
