I see a lot of bickering but the bottom line is almost a decade's worth of value has disappeared over the last 2 years and the only reason that seems to make any sense is the one that gets SOMEONE here hot under the collar.
If you have another explanation sir, I'd love to hear it because all of our retirement savings are getting flushed down the toilet and I have yet to hear what leadership's plan is to stop the bleeding!

yeah you can tell how popular dei is by how well snow white is being received
"I find it funny that you've convinced yourself that your unpopular opinion is disliked by a single person and not the majority of people who visit this site"
Reading this literally made me chuckle. If it is truly your view that criticism of DEI is an "unpopular opinion", I sincerely suggest you have kids or hop on a plane to spend some time outside of whatever bubble it is you're living in.
Activists ki-led the company. The continually aggrieved brought this about and weak management failed to push back.
@3nyq+1ofEZPOP we are rapidly approaching the worst financial performance in the history of the company and there is little evidence things will turn around anytime soon.
Disney needs to find a way to distance themselves from the hedge fund demands, get out of politics, and eliminate the activist employees who have already done permanent damage to the industry.
If Disney would start making movies for profit that would help reduce the general negative pressure within the company. Currently, Disney is pulling a vacuum in this area.
Will there be any profitable movies this year, any at all? Who is responsible? What are the consequences?
it's only political if you point out that it's having a negative impact on the company apparently.
stock dropped another $2 from yesterday's close btw. I'll take my downvote from the coward too afraid to confront reality now.
@1ped+1ofEZPOP who said anything about politics? Are you suggesting DEI/ESG is political?
Shares of Walt Disney Co. DIS, -3.11% are flirting with what could become their lowest close since 2014. Disney shares haven’t closed lower than $84 since Oct. 17, 2014, when they finished at $83.83. They’re on pace for their lowest close since then, according to Dow Jones Market Data. Disney’s stock is down 58% from its all-time closing high of $201.91 that was set March 8, 2021.

no answers, just denial and downvotes.
lmao there he is! and he even upvoted his own comment to prove he's got the "popular opinion"
go ahead, share what's on your mind. instead of just downvoting replies literally 20 times, tell us why disney's market cap down 60% if it's not due to the significant corporate cultural changes administered by institutional investors.
I find it funny that you've convinced yourself that your unpopular opinion is disliked by a single person and not the majority of people who visit this site and are simply tired of you and your repetitive, political drivel. But keep telling yourself whatever you need.
well, he's here to downvote lol
say your piece man. you downvote everyone in fits of rage, here's your opportunity to tell us why you think disney has lost almost 60% of its market cap in two years.
You won’t get an answer. They think admitting the issue is DEI/ESG would make them racist.
