I talked to someone at the IT service center yesterday who said the QR code process was running behind schedule.
"I just received the termination letter in the mail. No QR code or document to sign and return.". Sounds like how they are going to do it for the rest of us.

Just talked to IT, who first said you have to go through your manager to get the QR codes. Hah! My manager and my manager's manager were both laid off with me. Then the guy said they received a communication yesterday saying HR is working on it and HR will be sending the QR code email.
The Separation Guide tells you to go to MyHR to look stuff up, when you can't log in there until after 10/21. It also says UPS will be emailing the QR codes. Apparently that's also wrong and time is running out. They better not try to dock my pay to pay for a machine I can't return. Can you say clusterf*ck?
No to both. I called HR about the QR codes, then they transferred me to the IT Service Center. I was instructed to reach out to my former leader to open a ticket to get the QR codes. smh...
I was let go on 8/14 and haven’t received any paperwork to sign or label to return laptop.
Just to tell you your severance is void. Get a lawyer.
I have received neither. Letter stated an email would be coming from UPS for equipment return in 10 days, so going to wait until Friday before following up with HR.
